DETPA is a contextually relevant, practice-based M&E programme that aims to promote evidence-informed decision-making for sustainable socio-economic development. The programme aims to build a community of M&E professionals equipped with skills, knowledge and tools, which are fit-for-purpose to address local and global development challenges. This is achieved via a combination of theory and practice based approaches aimed at stimulating interactive participation, critical reflection and debate.
