Call for submissions – articles on evidence use in politics and policy-making

In partnership with Palgrave Communications, Paul Cairney is inviting submissions to a peer-reviewed collection of research and review articles on the ‘politics of evidence-based policy-making’.

The aim is to learn from many disciplinary and practitioner perspectives about how to maximize the use of evidence in politics and policy-making. It will complement an existing series, Scientific Advice to Governments, and help establish a hub for open access academic discussion of evidence and policy. In this extended blog post, he describes the context to the new series and the articles that they would like to publish. For more on EBPM, see Paul Cairney’s blog page(link is external) where extensive information is available.

Latest deadline for articles proposals: December 2016

Final deadline for full submissions: April 2017
